In our country, pancakes have a day almost every week, because my husband likes them very much. What is true is not these American pancakes but the banal thin pancakes filled with jam. Today I chose to make some pancakes with caramelized bananas and I can say that they were a fiasco. I'm not saying I didn't like it, but the taste was far from my expectations. And my husband didn't like it at all. :( He said caramelized bananas taste weird.: D That's right if he's used to something sweet all day ....

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
