Cheerful pizzas

Pour the flour into a bowl and mix with the dry yeast, if you use brewer's yeast dissolve it with a little warm water. After mixing, add water and melted butter, knead until you get a homogeneous dough.

With the slightly floured hands, make the pizzettas and place them in a tray greased with oil and lined with flour. Let them rest for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, grease the pizzettas with tomato juice, oregano, basil, mozzarella and a few drops of olive oil. Leave them for another 5-10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the pizzas in the oven for about 20 minutes. Good appetite !!

UPDATE: The “WORLDSTREET” Association asks DRDP Iaşi to draw temporary markings between Iaşi and Podu Iloaiei

Association for Road Protection & rdquoWORLDSTREET & rdquo sent a letter to the Regional Directorate for Roads and Bridges requesting that temporary markings be drawn on the European road between Iasi and Podu Iloaiei.

UPDATE: & quot Temporary markings could not be made because the asphalt carpet is fresh, the pores have not closed, and in recent days it has rained. Even if the regulations require that the markings be executed at least two weeks after the asphalt pouring, we start the marking procedure in the evening. It should be emphasized that tracing the markings is a very important step in the modernization of a road & quot, the representatives of DRDP Iaşi told us.

INITIAL TEXT: Repair works are carried out there, and the two directions of travel are not delimited in any way. In fact, in the last period, several accidents took place on that part of the road, some of them resulting in deaths.

Following the occurrence of serious road accidents in the last days on the DN 28 Iaşi road section & ndash T & acircrgu Frumos, the representatives of the Association for Road Protection & rdquoWORLDSTREET & rdquo ask the representatives of DRDP Iaşi to urgently mark the European road with temporary markings.

Along the Iaşi & ndash Valea Lupului road, your institution is working on the creation of a new asphalt carpet, in order to modernize this section. The asphalting of the busiest road in Iaşi County was imperative given the recent damage to the carpet, the holes in the road being a real danger for thousands of drivers who drive on this road every day.

The Association for Road Protection & rdquoWORLDSTREET & rdquo has received numerous complaints these days about the fact that the black bitumen used on the asphalt road misleads drivers, especially at night, because drivers can not distinguish the roads from the road.

In this sense, because in the last days, on the stretch of Iaşi road & ndash Podu Iloaiei, several accidents with victims took place, some of which were among the causes and the lack of painted road markings, we insist on the application of yellow temporary markings on asphalt, to increase traffic safety, especially at night. We also call for an increase in the number of warning signs in the area, to warn drivers transiting the European road that they are working in the area. Hi Silvia, this recipe definitely interests me, pizzas are my damn thing (in the sense that I eat tons of them, I can't resist) and I absolutely must try this recipe of yours.

One question: do you spread the dough by hand or with a rolling pin?

Congratulations on your Blog!

Hello Carlo, thanks for the compliments !!
.. I confess I love these pizzas and they are really irresistible .. I recommend in addition to the ingredients for the dough .. it is very important to use cherry tomato sauce. this is the result of a long study on pizzas made on the fly .. certainly can be improved with less yeast and resting in the fridge, but I often do not have time to rest the dough .. my life is a bit 'run: - )
I spread the dough with a rolling pin and cut it with a round shape .. if you access the photos I think you will find the photos step by step .. :-)
It's always a pleasure

Good evening Silvia
I tried your pizza recipe!
I have to thank you, because they are really fantastic.
very soft :-)
if it's not a problem for you, I put the recipe on my blog, with a reference link to you.
if you have something to the contrary, just leave me a message and I will remove everything.
Thank you very much

Sorry for the delay but I was a little stuck. Thank you for trying my pizzas I am very happy.
I would love to have a link to mine on your blog ... but the important thing is that you all found yourself well.
with this dough you can make everything .. it is very versatile .. and it remains perfect even just thawed.

Hello Silvia,
now your recipe is super tested.
I do it at least once a week :-)
A piece of dough, I leave it without the tomato sauce, and they come out of the crushes to fill that are a fairy tale.
I think my children want to make you a monument.
The link, I put it in the recipe, but if you like I can also add it at the end.
Thanks again for your wonderful recipe.

Unprecedented number of deaths caused by COVID-19 in one month in Brazil

The Brazilian Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that since the beginning of April, 67,977 deaths associated with COVID-19 have been reached, surpassing the record from March, when more than 66,000 deaths caused by coronavirus were registered, informs AFP, quoted by Agerpres.

Brazil reported 3,076 deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number from April 1 to 67,977 deaths, a new monthly record. In March, 66,573 deaths were recorded.

In the last seven days, an average of 2,545 daily deaths have been recorded for over 60,000 contaminations. On Saturday, 71,137 new contaminations were identified.

Despite this new monthly record, the death curve is stabilizing. & # 8222In the past two weeks, there has been a stabilization of cases and deaths of COVID-19 & # 8243, the Fiocruz Foundation, a body subordinate to the Ministry of Health, said in its epidemiological bulletin on Friday.

As of Sunday, Brazil reported 389,492 deaths since the first case of COVID-19 occurred in February 2020, making it the second saddest country in the world in absolute terms after the United States.

Regarding contaminations, the highest increase is observed in people between 40 and 49 years old (1,173%).

Brazil, a country with 212 million inhabitants, has so far vaccinated 5.8% of its population, 12.4 million people.

President Jair Bolsonaro, who has consistently downplayed the pandemic, is being criticized on all sides for managing the health crisis and a Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (ICC) is set to begin examining the government's & # 8222omissions & # 8221 next week.

Ingredient:

500 gr potatoes
200 gr kaizer
1 large onion
salt pepper
Paprika
green parsley

Method of preparation

We clean the diced potatoes, wash them and boil them. Don't let them break. It is preferable to use red potatoes.

While the potatoes are boiling, cut the kaizer into cubes and fry it in a few tablespoons of oil until it becomes slightly crispy.

Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the well drained potatoes, salt, pepper and paprika and mix gently so as not to crush the potatoes. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the potatoes are lightly browned. Sprinkle with green parsley.
It can be served as a garnish for various steaks but also as a kind of stand-alone.

About Pizza Margherita & # 8211 the simplest pizza

The history of the pizza Margherita begins around 1889. Its creator is said to have been Raffaele Esposito from Pizzeria Brandi in Naples. It is said that he prepared it in honor of Queen Margherita of Savoy, who was on an official visit with her husband, King Umberto I. Hence the name & # 8222Margherita & # 8221. In addition, this pizza celebrates the colors of the Italian flag: red, white and green. Nice story

Since 2009 Pizza Margherita is part of the triptych of traditional Neapolitan pizzas STG (Traditional Specialties Guaranteed), along with seafood pizza (tomatoes, garlic, oregano) and pizza Margherita Extra (with mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, tomatoes and basil).

The dough recipe is also regulated, as well as the leavening and modeling technique (without rolling pin, only by hand) or its thickness (3-4 mm in the middle and 1-2 cm at the border). Traditional baking is done in brick ovens heated to 450 & # 8211 480 C (yes, celsius) for 90 seconds. Source: Italy Magazine.

Speaking of high temperatures: I witnessed the baking of a beef steak (in the kitchen of the prestigious JW Marriott hotel in Bucharest) in an electric oven heated to 600 C!

Of course you can't reach such temperatures at home (if you don't have a brick oven) but there are special stones for baking pizza. In this case the baking takes 6-8 minutes (at 250 C). I have something like that and I use it every time & # 8211 for pizza and bread. Anyway, keep in mind that you have to heat the oven to maximum!

I mentioned in the introduction about mozzarella and latte thrill. Both are tapered cheeses (which break into strips), the difference being that the mozzarella is made of buffalo milk and the fior di latte is made of cow's milk. We have fresh mozzarella that is sold in the form of balls (in brine) and mozzarella bars with a denser texture, with much less moisture. Fresh basil is found in pots (in supermarkets).

In the & # 8222sos & # 8221 chapter you can go for the classic version of canned tomato puree (seasoned with a little salt) or you can choose version of tomato sauce with garlic and basil & # 8211 recipe here.

From the ingredients below result 4 Margherita pizza of approx. 30 cm in diameter.
