Plum dumplings


Boil the potatoes in their skins, after they have boiled, peel them and grind them like a puree.

Knead the dough, not too hard, from mashed potatoes, salt powder, oil and flour as it contains.

The plums are washed, cut in half.

Take pieces like a plum from the dough and each half of the plum is dressed in dough and rounded by hand.

Boil the plums wrapped in dough in boiling water with a little salt, over low heat.

Heat oil separately and brown the breadcrumbs and add cinnamon and a little sugar.

When the dumplings are cooked, take them out of the water and roll them in hot breadcrumbs.
