Wash the chicken breast, then put it to boil over low heat in cold water (4 l) with a little salt.
We remove the foam that is made on top with a paddle with holes.
After it has boiled, strain the soup and take out the chicken breast (I fried it a little and served it with a mashed potato).
In the water in which the chicken breast was boiled, put the washed carrots and cut into larger cubes or slices (as I did).
Let it simmer until the carrots soften.
When the carrots have boiled, add the noodles and let them boil for approx. 5 minutes.
At the end add a little pepper and green parsley.
