Preparation of milk sauce with onions:
Step 1: prepare the flour.

Pour milk and meat broth into a small pan (preferably with a thick bottom). We put the container on medium heat and bring the liquid to a boil. Attention: do not forget to stir the components from time to time with a tablespoon. Immediately after that, do not turn off the burner and begin to prepare the sauce.
Step 4: prepare milk sauce with onions.
In a saucepan with milk-broth liquid pour the onion and mix well with a tablespoon. After boiling the mass, reduce the heat and cook the sauce for 5-7 minutes. At the end, pour salt and sugar into the container and mix again until smooth. Now turn off the burner, and set the pan aside.
When the sauce has cooled a little, pour it into the blender bowl and chop the onion slices for 1-2 minutes at low speed. Attention: in the dish should not come across particles of the component.
After that, pour the sauce back into the pan and put on a small fire. Add a little red ground pepper to it and mix everything well with improvised inventory. When the mixture boils, spread on its surface the remaining piece of butter. Attention: try to melt it so that it spreads and does not fall into the depth of the sauce.
