Spring packets with chilli sauce


Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrot. Onions, garlic and ginger are also grated or finely chopped. Cut the zucchini into long strips with a vegetable knife and then cut into small pieces, as well as the cucumbers.

If Chinese mushrooms are used, they are dehydrated in water (see the time indicated on the package) and then cut into pieces.

Boil the rice, put a cup of rice and two and a half cups of water, boil until the water evaporates over low heat, then lightly salt to taste.

Put the oil in a pan and add the onion, garlic and ginger, leave for two or three minutes and add the vegetables mixed with the Chinese spice. Leave on low heat for about 7 minutes, put the soy sauce, mix and salt to taste.

Add the boiled rice over the vegetables and mix gently.

Soak the rice sheets for two to three minutes in cold water and then fill them. We also add salmon if we want over vegetables and rice.

Fry the packages in oil (coconut), palm, olive oil, rice oil, or bake until browned in the oven at 200 degrees. You have two options, choose the one that suits you.

The sauce is made by mixing a cup of tomatoes in broth (Cirio) in a blender with a chilli powder, a teaspoon of coriander beans, a turmeric powder, garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon (be careful how much you want the hot sauce) , pepper and salt if needed.

Spring packages with chilli sauce - Recipes

For some time now, they have been bringing dried rice leaves to the Mega Image next to me. At first, I kept circling the shelf, twisting the package with sheets on all sides, but I couldn't bear to take it. I had a craving for some spring packages but, as I had never done before, I thought it must be a very complicated matter and I better miss it. Then, at the third meeting with the above-mentioned sheets, I said to myself & # 8220that it would be, it would be & # 8221. I took two packets of sheets, filled in the necessary ingredients and got to work. Now that I have executed the packages & # 8211 I even ate them pot & # 8211 I can say that they are not complicated at all. The rice sheets, on the other hand, did not turn out exactly as I imagined they should. Specifically, they did not brown during frying and did not become too crispy. All in all, however, I am satisfied with how they came out, and the "audience" was really excited :).

I don't talk about it very often, but I just love it Asian cuisine. I can't even say that I prefer that of one country more than another. I also like Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, for example.

I like how different the food is from them compared to what we have here in Europe. I like how much the foods of different cultures differ even when they have access to the same ingredients. And I also find it interesting to see how vegetables and other ingredients that grow in a certain region greatly influence gastronomy. For example, if we Westerners simply boil rice and eat it with vegetables, the Japanese, for example, make rice dumplings & ndash with various fillings.

Chinese cuisine is closely linked to the way it is served & ndash with chopsticks. And especially if you choose to travel there, you have little choice. If you order a fork at a Chinese restaurant, people might look at you strangely!

They prepare their food in large quantities and divided into small pieces, so that they can be easily taken with chopsticks. In fact, this is one of my favorite aspects of their kitchen & ndash presentation! A festive Chinese meal is a visual delight, not just culinary.

So many dishes are served at the same time, and the mixture of colors and flavors leaves your mouth watering. I also like that many Chinese dishes are vegan from the start, which is why they are so easy to try at home!

The Chinese are very good at appetizers that are easy to prepare, tasty and quick. In today's recipe I will propose the most famous Chinese appetizer.

Like many Chinese dishes, the spring packages tell an interesting story about migration and adaptation, as they can be found on almost every continent, with variations of filling, packaging and serving sauce.

Spring packets are a common appetizer in many Asian cuisines. They can be fried and crispy or served cold, sometimes called "fresh spring packages". They are filled with ingredients that can be eaten raw, such as chopped carrots, bean sprouts and aromatic plants or ingredients that have been cooked before, for example: shrimp, smoked salmon, boiled tofu.

What all the spring packages have in common is the packaging. Unlike egg rolls, which are made from wheat flour and eggs and are similar to Easter fresh, spring packets are rolled in edible rice paper.

Spring rolls have different fillings, which vary from country to country and depend on how they are served: fresh or fried or cooked. Spring packets fried in oil or baked version generally contain a mixture of vegetables and meat, boiled with salt, pepper, sugar and soy sauce. Fresh spring rolls generally contain cooked and cooled seafood, such as shrimp or an imitation crab meat, rice noodles, lettuce leaves, chopped carrots and fresh herbs such as mint and coriander.

Spring packets are prepared that are served hot, immediately after they have been prepared. Cooling causes the rice leaves to harden, which affects the quality of the preparation.

Spring packages

Think of these packages as a handy salad. Especially children will enjoy this aspect. We romanized a little recipe using as greens that is now found in our market: green onions and leurda.

A sauce is welcome next to these packages, but you will not limit yourself to specific sauces (Vietnamese or hoisin). A yogurt or whipped milk sauce fits just as well.

In addition, you can use the recipe for preparing the muscle separately. It is simple but very tasty and being made in the bag it does not dry out, it remains juicy.

The Chinese are famous for the taste of their food, but from the multitude of delicious dishes that we find in the rich Chinese cuisine, one stands out for its special aroma and texture: Spring Packages. To prepare the Spring Packages with vegetables we need the following ingredients:

& # 8211 15 sheets of rice flour or thin sheets of pie (phyllo dough)

& # 8211 2 carrots of the right size

& # 8211 4 tablespoons bean sprouts

& # 8211 100g thin rice noodles

For the beginning, chop the vegetables: grate the carrots, finely chop the onion rings, cut the red bell pepper into thin slices, and finely chop the cabbage.

Put the thin noodles of rice flour soaked in boiled water for about 5 minutes.

Pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into the Wok pan, add the onion and leave it on the fire until golden, then gradually add the rest of the vegetables: cabbage, carrot and bell pepper. Stir continuously and leave the composition on the fire until all the vegetables are cooked through. Now you can add the bean sprouts, and fry them together with the other ingredients.

Then season our mixture with soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, sugar, salt and pepper.

At the end, add the rice noodles already soaked in water in the Wok and mix well in the whole composition until the tastes and textures intertwine.

The filling obtained is left to cool.

If you have rice leaves then you will need to immerse each sheet in a bowl of hot water for only one second before you start filling and rolling the spring packs. If you have not found rice sheets on the market, then you can use thin sheets of pie (phyllo dough) that will be cut into small squares with a side of 10-15 cm.

Use a kitchen brush to grease all sides of the square with egg white, and add a teaspoon of fried vegetables on one corner. Roll the sheet very tightly around the filling until half full. Then fold the left and right edges inwards to obtain an envelope shape. We continue to roll the sheet tightly until we get the spring package.

The obtained packages will be placed on a plate with the closure down to avoid their opening, and if necessary, grease the opening with egg white so that they do not open when fried.

When all the spring packets have formed, add oil to a large pan and fry one at a time. Remove and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.

These small Chinese appetizers are the soul of any party, always served hot with spicy or sweet sauce. Friends and family will love them… to the last crumb!
