Cooking potatoes in garlic oil:

Step 1: prepare the potatoes.

We put peeled potatoes on a cutting board and use a knife to cut lengthwise into two parts.

Now we cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the halves of the main component on it. Using a tablespoon, grease each piece of potato with garlic dressing so that it completely covers it. Turn on the oven and heat it to temperature 170-180 ° C. Immediately after that, put the pan on a medium level and bake the dish for 15-20 minutes until a golden crust appears on the surface. Then we turn off the oven, we take out the container with the help of kitchen oven gloves and set it aside. When the potatoes have cooled slightly, you can serve it in the dining table.
