Musaca with ham, mushrooms and sauce


Boil the potatoes in their skins, clean them, cut them into slices.

Chop the ham and small bacon

Peel the onion and cook in a little oil then add the ham and bacon and cook, add the chopped pepper, tomato paste and the drained mushrooms (I left them whole, we are waiting for complaints, but it seems that they were not) add salt, pepper and wine and let it boil for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.

After it has cooled a bit, mix it with 2 whole eggs (well without the shell .......... I'm kidding)

Put a little butter in a bowl, put a row of sliced ​​potatoes, season with salt and pepper, a thin layer of grated cheese and then half of the ham composition, again put the potatoes, cheese, ham composition and in final the last layer of potatoes.

She's getting ready sauce:

melt the butter in a pan, add the flour, cook for a little 2 minutes, then add the sour cream (or milk), mix well, add the grated cheese and season with salt and white pepper.

Put the sauce over the last layer of potatoes and bake for 30 minutes.

Decor ..... to everyone's liking, I put peppers, tomatoes and tomato paste

Serve both hot and cold

PS: it got a little tan, it's hotter in Spain .............. hahaha
