Apricot compote


Slowly but surely, we fill the pantry

  • apricots to fill an 800 ml jar
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION Apricot compote:

The apricots are washed and the seeds are removed.

Place the apricots in the jar, fill with water and add the spoons of sugar.

Bring to the boil, about 15 minutes after the water starts to boil.
