Cooking beef skewers in mayonnaise:
Step 1: prepare the lemon.

Salt the pieces of beef to taste and mix thoroughly with clean hands. Then pour the meat with marinade. Again, mix everything well with a tablespoon, and so on, until the component is well saturated with the mixture. Close the container tightly with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 10 hours. During this period of time, beef should be well saturated and juicy. Attention: It is thanks to this action that our kebab will turn out to be soft and very tender.
Step 6: prepare the brazier.
