Sprouted Mash Salad

Ingredients for Making Sprouted Mash Salad

  1. Sprouted sprouts masha 300-400 grams

Making salad from sprouted mash:

Step 1: prepare the garlic.

We spread the garlic on a cutting board and lightly press down with the tip of a knife. Then easily remove the husk and rinse slightly under running water.

Put the cloves back onto the cutting board and chop finely. Pour the crushed component into a clean saucer and leave it aside for a while.

Step 2: prepare the onions.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. We lay out the component on a cutting board and cut into half rings. The chopped onion is moved to a clean plate.

Step 3: prepare the cilantro.

Wash the cilantro under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and pour it into a clean saucer.

Step 4: prepare the sprouted sprouts of Masha.

Mash are small cute beans of green color and oval that came to us from India. They are also very often called mung beans. Beans are quite useful, since it contains a large number of vitamins and minerals. And this is magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, B vitamins and much more. Sprouted sprouts of Masha are also very useful for our body, so they need to be added to food as often as possible. So, put them in a deep bowl and put them under running water. Rinse the component thoroughly and leave it aside for a while.

Now we pour ordinary cold water into the middle pan and put on a small fire, covering it with a lid. Attention: the liquid should fill the container halfway. When it boils, add salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon. Then gently spread the sprouted sprouts of masha into the pan. Again, thoroughly mix everything with the kitchen utensils, so that the component goes under water. Cook sprouts for 1-2 minutes and immediately turn off the burner.

Using the kitchen tack, pour the contents of the pan through a colander into the sink. Attention: sprouts should slightly change color and decrease in size. Now leave them aside to cool to room temperature.

Step 5: prepare the lemon.

Using a juicer, squeeze the juice out of half a lemon. Attention: to make a salad, we need 0.5 tablespoon.

Step 6: prepare a salad of sprouted mash.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and put on medium heat. When the container with the contents warms up well, carefully spread the onion half rings in it. From time to time, stirring with a wooden spatula, fry the component until a soft golden color. Immediately after this, pour red ground chili pepper to it. Having mixed everything again with improvised inventory, we look when the oil turns red. Then we turn off the burner, and set the pan aside.

The cooled sprouted sprouts of Masha are transferred from the colander to the middle bowl. We also add onion frying, chopped garlic, cilantro, and pour salt and ground black pepper to taste and pour freshly squeezed lemon juice and soy sauce. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Important: add a little bit of salt, since soy sauce itself is salty. Everything, the salad is ready! Pour it into a special dish or salad bowl and serve it to the dining table.

Step 7: serve the salad of sprouted mung bean.

Sprouted mung bean salad is quite spicy, but very tasty and fragrant! It can easily be served as a side dish for meat dishes and cereals. It is also great to relish with boiled or fried potatoes, along with slices of bread.

Recipe Tips:

- for salad preparation use only high-quality classic soy sauce, so as not to spoil the taste and aroma of the dish;

- so that the salad turns out with a slightly sweetish flavor, you can cook the roast from Crimean or white onions. By itself, this component is sweet and juicy, as well as less spicy;

- if you do not like spicy dishes, then you can not add hot chili pepper to the frying. The salad will still turn out very tasty.
