Yogurt and raspberry cake

I had a Greek yogurt, some raspberries and some craving for cake ......

  • 3 eggs
  • 400 g Greek yogurt Pilos
  • 1 old glass
  • 1 and 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 glass of oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder with saffron
  • 300 g raspberries

Servings: 20

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Yogurt and raspberry cake:

Eggs together with sugar mix well, add oil like mayonnaise, then yogurt and mix well. At the end we add flour mixed with baking powder. Wallpaper a tray (about 28/22) with baking paper, pour the mixture, put raspberries on top and sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. Put the tray in the preheated oven, it is ready when it passes the toothpick test. Mine came out a little "tanned", because I almost forgot that I put it in the oven ..... don't be like me .....
