Beans with sausages


  • 700 gr beans

RECIPE PREPARATION Beans with sausages:

The beans are washed in the evening and put in water overnight. The second day is boiled by changing the water at least three times. Finely chop the onion and the pepper cubes. Separately in another bowl we put a little oil and let it color the sausages, which were cut into pieces, then we put the onion and let it soften and finally the pepper, over we put the boiled beans with a little juice we let it boil and add the broth. Let it boil for ~ 20 minutes, add salt and delicately; add the finely chopped dill and stop.

Soak the beans the night before. The next day, change the water and put it on the fire until it boils. Change the water again and let it boil with a little salt until it softens. Peel a squash, grate it and slice the leeks and carrots. Fry them in oil, and when the onion becomes glassy add the chopped pepper. Keep it on the fire for another 2-3 minutes and put the sliced ​​sausages.

When browned, pour the beans, grated tomatoes, salt, pepper, thyme to taste and a little water in which it boiled. Cover and simmer until the sauce drops.

Beans with sausages and smoked ribs. A simple and tasty recipe for eating beans (dried) with smoked sausages and pork ribs. With tasty and aromatic tomato sauce, only good to spread slices of bread through it.

We like it very much this winter beans with sausages and smoked ribs! It's filling and cheap, available to anyone. It is prepared faster than the famous ciolan beans (recipe here) because we don't have to wait for the smoked ciolan to boil.

In both cases you can use dried beans, which we soak and boil at home or, for those in a hurry, canned beans (natural, without sauce).

Also from those times are the memories with the famous CPFs, ie canned pork with beans. I think the older ones remember the bean jars in Alimentara & # 8211 more beans and sauce than meat. The working people bought a CPF and a half bagel and had lunch provided. Some managed to heat their cans, others ate them cold, tired.

From the quantities below results 4-6 servings of beans with sausages and ribs. You can also make larger portions to freeze in pans. This food can be easily reheated in the next 3-4 days (if it stays in the fridge) and seems to become more and more tasty.


Method of preparation

One evening before preparing the recipe, the beans are chosen, washed well and put in a bowl with water to soak. The next day, it is boiled in 4 waters to be tolerated by the stomach at the time of consumption. Bring water to a boil each time, discard and replace again with hot water. After the fourth changed water, drain the beans and place in a bowl.

Step 2: Preparation
Fry the sausages in the pan, turning them to brown on all sides. After the sausages are fried, take them out on a plate, and heat the onion in the oil left in the pan. When the onion is hardened, add the tomato broth, half a cup of water, salt and boiled beans. Put the sausages, pepper, bay leaves and thyme in the pan, and the food is ready to boil.

Step 3: Boil
Boil on the stove for 30 minutes on low heat or put in the oven at 180 degrees.


Sausage food for you and your family

In the remaining oil, the sausages are fried a little. When they are ready, add them to the bean dish, and leave the pan on the fire to boil a few times with the sausages. Extinguish the fire and serve the food of beans with sausages with peppers, donuts or cucumbers in vinegar.

Eating red beans and sausages with rice

We slice the sausages and put them in a hot pan.

Chop the onion and pepper, then add the icing.

Then put the tomato paste in the pan with the salsa sauce, and at the end add the red beans.

Season the composition with salt, cumin, oregano and pepper.
