RECIPE PREPARATION Nettle Salad:
Put on gloves and clean the nettles. Raise the tails and wash with cold water. They burn quickly. Then drain the water and finely chop. Mix with salt, freshly ground black pepper, 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil and lamb. Serve immediately.
