Vegetable cream soup with stars


yesterday I made a cream soup ... and I can tell you that it turned out great .... so far we don't pass the vegetables ... but I said to try and from now on I will do it ... it's a light soup that is to everyone's taste

  • 200 ml of tomato juice

PREPARATION RECIPE vegetable cream soup with stars:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put olive oil in a pot, put the vegetables and "dizzy" a little, then put water ~ 2 l. And let it boil. When I'm ready to pass, I used a blender. Then it is boiled again, seasoned and put stars (they boil ~ 10 min), add the basil (I didn't have green and I used dry ...). When the stars are ready, remove from the heat. Serve with parsley and olive oil.
