Warm Salad Ingredients

  6. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
  7. French mustard 1 tsp
  8. Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
  9. Seasoning for meat 1 tsp.
  10. Turmeric 0.5 tsp
  11. Salt, ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking a warm salad:

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Add seasoning, olive oil, salt to taste and mix. Cover with cling film, set aside.
Wrap bell pepper in foil, put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the pepper from the oven and let it cool in the foil until warm.
While the pepper is cooling, cut the crust from the bread. We cut the bread into a cube of approximately 1 cm. We spread it on parchment, salt to taste and crush with turmeric. Sprinkle with olive oil, mix crackers, spread in one layer. Bake crackers at a temperature of 200 degrees until golden brown, remove and pour on a plate.
While making crackers, quickly fry the chicken in a dry frying pan (without oil) over high heat for about 5 minutes. To try a piece for more, if it is white in the middle, then the meat is ready. Allow to cool to a warm state.
Cut the onion into strips, pour into a bowl.
Peel peel and seeds. Cut pepper into thin strips and pour to onion.
Add fried chicken, lettuce, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste there. Mix. Put either in a common salad bowl or on a plate portionwise. Sprinkle croutons on top. Enjoy your meal!
