Salad with celery, carrots, apple and chicken


Refreshing and easy !!!

  • 1 small celery,
  • a carrot,
  • 1 mar (preferably ionatan),
  • lemon juice,
  • 2oo gr chicken breast,
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise,
  • light nutritiday yogurt 100 gr.
  • salt pepper

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Salad with celery, carrots, apple and chicken:

Fry the chicken lightly on the grill or in the fat-free Teflon pan. Then cut into small pieces. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. The same is done with the apple. (whoever wants can leave the apple peeled !!!). Mix all ingredients. Mayonnaise is mixed with yogurt and then combined with the above composition.
