Ingredients for making shish kebab sauce

Preparation of kebab sauce:

Step 1: prepare the onion.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. We lay out the component on a cutting board and finely chop into small squares. Pour the onion slices into a deep bowl and fill everything with apple cider vinegar. Allow to marinate until onion juice stands out from the component. With a knife, peel the garlic from the husks and rinse slightly under running water. Put the clove on a cutting board and chop finely. Shredded component is transferred to a clean saucer.

Step 3: prepare the greens.

We rinse all the greens under running water, shake off excess fluid and put it on a cutting board. In turn, chop the cilantro and then pour it onto a clean flat plate.

Then finely chop the dill and parsley. We shift into a container with cilantro.

At the end, grind the basil and also pour it into a plate.

Step 4: prepare the lemon.

Using a juicer, squeeze the juice from the lemon and temporarily set it aside.

Step 5: prepare the kebab sauce.

In a medium bowl, spread all the chopped greens, onion, garlic, and also add the tomato paste and pour it all with clean cold water. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. At the end, pour salt and black pepper to taste, and also begin to pour the lemon and add sugar in parallel.

All the time we stir with a spoon, tasting the sauce. Shish kebab dressing should turn out to be moderately acidic and sweet, with spicy pungency. When the proper taste is adjusted, pour the shish kebab sauce into a salad bowl or deep bowl and we can proceed to the preparation of shish kebabs.

Step 6: serve the kebab sauce.

Barbecue sauce is very tasty. He really does not interrupt the aroma of kebabs themselves, and this is important! Such a dressing can be prepared even in nature, and you will know for sure that it will not deteriorate while the meat is cooked on charcoal.
