Ingredients for Cooking Coleslaw with Apple

For salad

Cooking cabbage salad with apple:

Chop the cabbage into thin strips, salt and squeeze with your hands to make the cabbage soft. Put in a salad bowl. Peel the apple, seeds, cut into strips, put in a salad bowl. Dry the cranberries, add to the salad bowl. Mix oil, salt, sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl. Add dressing to the salad and mix well, let the salad soak for 15-20 minutes. Salad can be served at the table.
