Hamburger Beef Steak Ingredients

Hamburger style steak preparation:
Step 1: prepare the meat.
We thoroughly rinse the beef under running water to wash away any bone fragments and dirt. We spread the meat on a cutting board and remove the film and tendons with a knife. After that, wipe the component dry with kitchen paper towels and cut into medium pieces. Place chopped beef in a medium bowl and leave it aside for a while.
Step 2: prepare the onion.
Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and then rinse under running water. We lay out the component on a cutting board and finely chop into small squares. Pour the chopped onion into a free plate.
Step 3: prepare minced meat.
Pieces of beef are passed through a meat grinder with a large grill. Stuffing should turn out to be coarse grinding so that our cutlet subsequently resembles a real hamburger.
We also add chopped onion, mustard and pour salt and black pepper to taste. Using a tablespoon, thoroughly mix the components until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 4: prepare the hamburger style steak.
Pour a little vegetable oil into the grill pan and put on medium heat. When the container with the contents warms up well, we begin to form one cutlet and put it in the pan. To do this, pick up a little minced meat with clean hands and sculpt a ball out of it. Then squeeze it slightly and gently spread it in hot oil. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. Immediately after that we make a small fire and continue to fry the dish until cooked. Turn the patties from one side to the other with a wooden spatula. Attention: if the meat product is quite thick, then you can cook it over low heat under a lid. At the end we transfer the steak to a special dish for serving and set aside the grill pan to the side.
In its place we put an ordinary round frying pan and melt butter in it. Immediately after that, fry eggs in a container in turn. Attention: salt the component to taste. We should get a fried egg. We put the finished dish on top of the steak and can serve it to the dining table.
Step 5: serve the hamburger steak.
Serve the hamburger steak hot to the dining table. This is a very satisfying and tasty dish that can be prepared both on a picnic and on holidays, and just treat this yummy to invited guests. Thanks to the grill pan, the meat is obtained with a golden crust and slightly gives off a smoke. Usually such a steak is served with bakery products, fresh vegetable salads and various types of sauces.
