Mikado Cake Ingredients

Cooking Mikado Cake:
Step 1: Preparing to prepare the dough.Sugar and softened margarine (preferably oil, as indicated in the original recipe), grind with a spoon.
Step 2: Cooking the dough.Add flour, egg, nuts and knead the dough. Roll a lump and put in the cold for 25 minutes.
Step 3: Distribute the dough.Then grease the sheet with sunflower oil and spread the dough on it with your fingers, so that a cake with a thickness of about 0.5-0.7 cm is obtained from the “patches”.
Step 4: Bake the dough.Bake in the oven for about half an hour, at a temperature of 220 degrees. You can try the dough when it becomes golden and remove from the oven.
Step 5: Chocolate FrostingTaking out of the oven, hot divide the cake into two - cooling, it will break. While cooling, prepare the cream. Simply put, we cook chocolate icing, but certainly in milk! After mixing the cocoa with sugar, add milk and, stirring, keep on a small flame until the sugar melts.
Step 6: The final stage.Remove from heat, wait until it cools, add a piece of soft oil and beat with a mixer. It turns out bright matte glaze, sweet and beautiful!
