Mimosa with squid


Ingredients for the preparation of "Mimosa" with squid

  1. Crab sticks 200 grams
  2. Squid peeled 200 grams
  3. Cucumbers 150 grams
  4. 4 eggs
  5. Salt to taste to taste

  7. Mayonnaise or sour cream to taste

Cooking "Mimosa" with squid:

Step 1: Cook the eggs.


Put the eggs in a pan, fill with water and set to cook on 8-10 minutes. After cool them, sharply dropping from hot water to cold. After such cooling, boiled eggs are very easy to peel.

Step 2: cook the squid.


Boil water in a saucepan. In the meantime, it begins to boil, remove the squid from the squid and pull out the cartilage, if any.

As a dressing for this salad, you can use sour cream, mayonnaise or a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Tasty in any case.

Step 5: serve.


To make “Mimosa” with squid look festive on the table, wash the lettuce leaves and dry them, and then put them on a serving dish. Lay Mimosa with squid in a salad on top of the salad.
