Pickled Cucumber Salad

Ingredients for Salad of Pickled Cucumbers and Mushrooms

Making a salad of pickled cucumbers and mushrooms:

Step 1: fry the onions.

First, all onions must be peeled and cut into small cubes. Then set aside 50 grams, and the remaining 200 grams fry in a pan with butter until golden brown.

Step 2: fry the mushrooms.

While frying the onions, rinse and cut the mushrooms into thin slices, then add them to the pan to the onion and continue to fry.

When most of the liquid has evaporated from the mushrooms, add chopped garlic to them and mix.

Continue to fry all together until mushrooms are ready (in total this step takes about 20 minutes), then remove everything from the heat and cool at room temperature.

Step 3: add cucumbers to the mushrooms.

Drain the pickle from the pickled cucumbers and cut them into small cubes, then mix the cucumbers in a deep salad bowl with fried mushrooms.

Step 4: add the ham to the salad.

Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the salad bowl to the other ingredients.

Step 5: add raw onions to the salad.

Add the remaining raw onions to the salad.

Step 6: dressing a salad of pickled cucumbers and mushrooms.

Dress the salad with mustard and yogurt and mix everything very carefully. Season with hot and black pepper and salt to taste.
