Salad with Corn, Eggs and Mushrooms


Ingredients for Salad with Corn, Eggs and Mushrooms

  1. Champignons 10 pieces (medium size)
  2. Cheese 100 grams
  3. Green onion 1 bunch
  4. Sweet red pepper 1-2 pieces
  5. Eggs 3 pieces
  6. Arugula several leaves
  7. Canned corn 1 cup
  8. Garlic 1 clove
  9. Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons
  10. Natural yogurt 2-3 tablespoons
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

Making a salad with corn, eggs and mushrooms:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Rinse all vegetables and greens, dry and peel seeds and twigs from peppers, and peel garlic.
Cheese needs to be grated, and hard-boiled eggs and peeled.
Drain the liquid from the corn and rinse the grains with cool water.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, chop the garlic very finely, just finely chop the greens. Crush the pepper into strips, and the eggs into cubes.

Step 2: fry the mushrooms.


Preheat in a pan 1 tablespoon oil, and then fry the garlic in it until golden brown. Then add the champignons to the garlic and fry everything over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. You can add black pepper to taste.

When all the ingredients are ready, you just have to collect the salad. To do this, pour pepper, mushrooms, eggs and corn with greens into a salad bowl.
Mix yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth, it is better to even beat them with a mixer.

Season the salad, mix and add salt to taste. That's all! Very easy, simple and delicious. Now you just need to let the salad brew for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator and you can serve!
