We put on a medium heat a pan with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. After a few minutes, dip the onion cubes into the preheated oil and fry them 2 - 3 minutesstirring with a kitchen spatula.
Then add chopped mushrooms to them and simmer vegetables together 7 - 8 minutes until fully prepared, remembering to mix periodically. After that, remove the pan from the stove and transfer the vegetable mixture to a deep bowl.

Step 4: prepare the boiled chicken eggs.

We put boiled chicken eggs in a bowl with cold water and cool. Then we peel them, wash, dry with paper towels, put on a cutting board and cut into small cubes or rub on a medium grater. We shift the chopped eggs into a bowl with fried vegetables, that is, onions and mushrooms.

Step 5: prepare the ham.

Now we take smoked or boiled chicken, put it on a clean cutting board and grind it: cut into small cubes, straws, thin layers or rub on a coarse grater.
We shift the slices into a bowl with vegetables and eggs. Add dill, black pepper and, if necessary, a little salt. We mix all the components of the filling to a uniform consistency and begin to prepare the cheese.

Step 6: prepare the cheese.

We put on a medium fire a small pan filled with half running water. Bring the liquid to a boil.
In the meantime, cut off a paraffin crust from a piece of hard cheese, rub it on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes.
We transfer the crushed product into a plastic bag and bind it so that there is no air left inside.
Then we tie it to the handle of the slotted spoon and set it across the pan, lowering the bag of cheese into boiling water. In this case, it is desirable that he did not reach the bottom.
Melt the dairy product to a liquid homogeneous consistency. It will take about 15 - 20 minutes.

Step 7: form the cheese roll.

After the required time has passed, we transfer the package with the melted cheese to a cutting board, give it the opportunity to cool down slightly and untie it.
Then, without removing the cheese from the bag, roll it with a rolling pin into a thick layer up to 4 - 5 millimeters.
After that, cut the bag around the perimeter, remove the top of the polyethylene from the cheese cake, put the filling on it and carefully roll the cheese roll.

Step 8: bring the dish to full readiness.

The formed roll is wrapped in plastic wrap and sent to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
