Cooking a quick roll with condensed milk:

Step 1: prepare creamy margarine.

We take the right amount of cream margarine, cut it into small cubes, put them in a saucepan and put it on a small fire.
Melt the margarine to a homogeneous liquid consistency, periodically stirring with a tablespoon so that it does not burn. Then remove the stewpan from the stove and allow the margarine to cool slightly.

Step 2: prepare the pan and oven.

Meanwhile, turn on and preheat the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius. Then we cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment or baking paper and proceed to the next step.

Step 3: prepare the dough.

Using a canned wrench, open a jar of condensed milk and pour its contents into a deep bowl.
We put chicken eggs there, pour in the cooled margarine and beat the products with a whisk or mixer until a homogeneous, lush mass. We give this process 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add the baking powder and sifted wheat flour to the resulting mixture. Again, mix all the components of the dough until smooth. It should turn out liquid, like a pancake.

Step 4: bake the base for the roll.

Now pour the dough into a baking sheet prepared for baking. We level the slightly viscous mass with a kitchen spatula around the entire perimeter so that it lies in an even layer.
Then put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the base for the roll for 10 - 12 minutes. The main thing is not to overdo the dough in the oven, otherwise the flour base will break during the formation of the roll!

As soon as the cake gets a light golden hue, put on the kitchen gloves, take the pan out of the oven and put it on a cutting board, previously laid on the kitchen table.

Step 5: form the roll.

It is not necessary to wait until the base cools down. Immediately lubricate its surface with your favorite jam or jam.

If desired, supplement the filling with fresh berries or finely chopped fruits.

Then gently roll the still hot layer of dough into a roll, transfer it to a large flat dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar through a sieve with a fine mesh. Cool the finished dessert, cut and serve.

Step 6: serve a quick roll with condensed milk.

After forming, the quick roll with condensed milk is cooled, cut into portioned slices, laid out on dessert plates and served in warm or cold with tea.
