Tuna appetizer

Ingredients for Cooking Tuna Snacks

  3. Canned tuna 1 can
  4. Pickled cucumber 1 pc
  5. Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. spoon to taste
  6. Ground black pepper to taste
  7. Salt to taste to taste

Cooking tuna snacks:

Step 1: Boil the eggs.

First of all, boil the eggs, for this we turn on a strong fire on the stove, put a small pot on the hotplate, pour clean water and wait for it to boil. Then we lower the eggs, slightly reduce the heat and cook until fully cooked for about 7 - 10 minutes.
Then turn off the fire, drain the hot liquid, put under cold running water for 30 - 60 seconds and leave to cool.

Step 2: Grind the cucumber and onions.

In the meantime, you can prepare the rest of the products. We clear the red onion from the husk, rinse it under running water, put it on a cutting board and chop it into a small cube.
Pickled cucumber is also cut into small cubes.

Step 3: Prepare the tuna and egg yolk.

Open a can of tuna, drain the juice through a colander and grind the flesh of a fish with a fork.

We return to the eggs, they have probably already cooled down and you can begin to clean the shell. We clean carefully so that the protein does not break. Cut the peeled eggs in half along, take out the yolk, and lay the protein in a beautiful plate for serving. In the future, we will stuff it with a filling.

Step 4: Prepare the filling for the appetizer.

For filling, yolk crochet.

Add tuna, red onion, pickled cucumber, season with mayonnaise and add salt with black pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon.

Step 5: We make a snack.

We nicely lay the finished stuffing over egg whites and can be served.

Step 6: Serve a tuna appetizer.

Tuna appetizer served cold on the festive table. It can be decorated with a sprig of dill or parsley, as well as a beautiful cut of pickled cucumber or boiled carrots. Our simple but tasty fish dish is ready!

Recipe Tips:

- To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, you need to add a little salt or vinegar to the water, and you can also get them out of the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before cooking or lower them in warm water for 5-7 minutes so that they can heat up.
