Ingredients for Making Delicious Eggplant Caviar

  1. Eggplant 3 pcs.
  2. Tomatoes 2 pcs.
  3. Onion 1 pc.
  4. Garlic 4 tooth.
  5. Parsley 1 beam.
  6. Bitter pepper to taste.
  7. Vegetable oil to taste.
  8. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
  9. Salt 1/3 tsp
  10. Ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
  11. Lemon ½ pcs.

Cooking delicious eggplant caviar:

Cut 3 cloves of garlic into petals.

Eggplant cut lengthwise in half. Make incisions with a net, insert the petals of garlic. Put eggplant and whole tomatoes on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with vegetable oil, ideally olive.

Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.

Transfer vegetables to a bowl, cover with a film and allow to cool completely.

If the crust is hard on the eggplant, then remove the peel and finely chop.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely.

Finely chop the onion, garlic and bitter red pepper.

Chop the parsley.

Combine in a bowl vegetable oil, salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Combine everything in a bowl, let it brew for about 10 minutes and can be served. Enjoy your meal!
