Ingredients for Cheese and Greens Snacks
- Eggs 10 pieces (small size)
- Dill 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Cheese 150 grams
- Honey mustard 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Black pepper 3/4 teaspoons
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Onion 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil 10 tablespoons

Cooking appetizers from cheese and herbs:
Step 1: grind cheese with herbs.
Rinse the dill and parsley, fold it in a blender and chop it well.
Slice the cheese into slices and add it to the greens blender. Grind everything together well.
Step 2: fry the onions.
Peel onions, rinse with cool water and cut into small cubes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, throw onions in it, add sugar and fry everything until caramelized.
After caramelization, the onion must be removed from the heat and cool.
Step 3: mix the eggs with the onion.
Hard boiled eggs, then peeled.
Put the peeled eggs in a blender bowl, add caramelized onions to them and mix everything together, turning into a thick paste.
Step 4: mix all the ingredients.
Now in a deep plate combine the pasta from greens and cheese and eggs and onions, add mayonnaise, garlic salt, pepper, honey mustard to them and mix very well with a tablespoon. You should get a pretty thick paste.
Cover the resulting mixture with a lid or foil and refrigerate 30 minutesso that it is infused, and all tastes and aromas are mixed together.
Step 5: serve a snack of cheese and herbs.
Serve greens and cheese appetizers with toasts, croutons, crackers, tartlets, profiteroles or buns. It should also look good with pasta and baked or boiled potatoes. In any case, it turns out very tasty and aromatic. An original snack dish for all occasions.
