Ingredients for making meatloaf

Ingredients for 2 rolls:

  1. Pork not fat 1 kg.

  3. Oyster mushrooms 300-400 g.
  4. Gelatin 25 g.
  5. Korean carrots 150 g.
  6. Water 70 ml.
  7. Vegetable oil 70 ml.
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp. l
  10. Spices for meat 1 tbsp. l

Cooking meatloaf:

Cut oyster mushrooms. Fry in vegetable oil until tender, salt to taste. Grind more than half the meat in a meat grinder with onions, and cut the remaining flesh into 1 cm pieces. Add salt to taste to taste. Stir the minced meat and gradually add water to it, knead and beat, take the minced meat in your hands and throw it into the bowl in which the minced meat is located. Thus, the mince becomes sticky and juicy. Mix mustard and seasonings, sprinkle half the spices on film. We put half the minced meat on film. Sprinkle with half the gelatin. Put half of the mushrooms and carrots, 2 cm. Leave the edges without filling. Using a film we wrap tightly roll. We tie the edges of the film. Wind another layer of film, fasten the edges. Dip the finished rolls in boiling water, cook for 1.5 hours. Cool finished rolls in the refrigerator. Cut the roll into pieces. Put on a dish, decorate with herbs and vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
