Making zucchini with mozzarella and tomatoes:

Step 1: prepare the zucchini.


Zucchini need young. Take those that have a soft skin that lends itself easily, even if scratched with a normal nail.
Rinse the zucchini, thoroughly wiping them with a brush or sponge, dry with towels and make longitudinal cuts so as to turn the vegetables into a kind of fan.
Sprinkle the zucchini with salt from the inside.

Step 2: bake zucchini with mozzarella and tomatoes.

Inside the zucchini, in each cut, put a slice of thinly sliced ​​tomato and mozzarella cheese.
Finely chop the peeled garlic cloves and basil leaves, mix them together, and then add to the filling.
Transfer the zucchini stuffed with mozzarella and tomatoes on a heat-resistant baking sheet or in a mold, pour them on top with olive oil.
To bake zucchini with mozzarella and tomatoes in the oven, preheated to 170-180 degrees for about 40-60 minutes. The exact time depends on the size of your zucchini.
Important: you can also sprinkle zucchini with mozzarella on top, inserting only slices of tomato inside.
