Cooking Spinach with Eggs:

Fry chopped garlic, chopped onion in half an oil. Add the spinach quickly, fry, salt, pepper to taste. Pour spinach into a heat-resistant form, make a deepening spoon and beat eggs. Melt the remaining oil, add a little milk, flour, salt and beat, so that there is no lump. Pour in the remaining milk and beat. Add the minced meat, grated cheese, mix and pour the mixture onto the eggs. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 30 minutes.
