Cooking chicken skewers with lemon:

Step 1: Prepare Chicken Meat

How often do you choose chicken for barbecue? Fillet is best, of course, but if the fillet is dry for you, try making a dish of chicken thighs, peeled from skin and bones.
Cut the prepared chicken into medium-sized cubes.

Step 2: pickle chicken.

Fold the prepared pieces of chicken in a deep plate, fill with natural yogurt and olive oil. Add chopped clove of garlic, juice and zest of one lemon, chili pepper flakes, ground black pepper, salt and finely chopped greens. Mix everything very carefully.
You need to marinate the chicken during the night or at least several hours before you grill the kebab.

Step 3: collect chicken skewers with lemon.

Before you start to fry the kebab, put the pieces of chicken on wooden skewers, trying to save most of the marinade.

Step 4: fry chicken skewers with lemon.

Sauté chicken skewers with lemon for 8-10 minutesall the time turning it from side to side. The meat will be ready when it is evenly fried on all sides and even slightly charred.

Step 5: serve chicken kebab with lemon.

Serve chicken kebab with lemon without removing it from the skewers, serving with a salad of fresh summer vegetables or with baked potatoes. Any sauce based on natural yogurt is also perfect here.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Ready chicken skewers can be sprinkled with sesame seeds or crushed peanuts.

- Wooden skewers always soak in water in advance, otherwise they will burn during the preparation of the barbecue.
