Royal Pizza Ingredients
For the test
- Wheat flour 500 grams
- Dry yeast 7 grams
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- Warm water 200 milliliters
For sauce (for several pizzas)
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces (large)
- Bell pepper sauce 4 tablespoons (preferably homemade)
- Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Granulated garlic to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Thyme to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Canned Mushrooms 100 grams
- Canned corn 50 grams
- Mozzarella (balls) 125 grams
- Black olives pitted 80 grams
- Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pieces
- Grated cheese 100 grams
- Ground beef 400 grams
- Seasoning for pizza 1 teaspoon
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Poppy 1 teaspoon

Deep plates, saucepan, kitchen knife, meat grinder or blender, tablespoon, baking tray, rolling pin, hot pot holders, cling film, brush, fork, baking parchment.
Making Royal Pizza:
Step 1: Cook the dough.
Pour olive oil into a deep plate (if it is flavored, it’s very fine), pour most of the flour and make a depression in the center. And put yeast, sugar, and salt in this groove.
Then pour warm water and knead a uniform dough, at the end pour the remaining flour on the table, put your dough in it and knead it well at least 5 minutesafter it becomes homogeneous.
Transfer the finished dough into a greased plate, cover with cling film and keep in a warm place for 40 minutes. The mass must triple its volume.
Step 2: Prepare the sauce.
While the dough is infused, prepare the pizza sauce.
First rinse, peel and dry all the vegetables that you will use. Grate the onion or scroll through a meat grinder / grind in a blender, do the same with peeled tomatoes and cloves of garlic, but do not mix them together yet.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, and then add the chopped onions and garlic into it, mix and warm for a few minutes. Then add the tomatoes and bell pepper sauce, ketchup, mix everything well.
Then add all the necessary spices to the sauce and let it boil for 2-3 minutesso that all the flavors mix.
Add sugar and lemon juice and, after mixing, leave everything on fire for another 5 minutes or until the sauce boils enough, thickened.
Remove the finished sauce from the heat and cool slightly at room temperature.
Step 3: Cook the cheese and meat balls.
Divide the dough into two approximately equal parts. Roll out one part (the one that is slightly larger) with a rolling pin and place in a mold or on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Divide the remaining dough into small equal balls, they will turn out about 20 pieces.
Take mozzarella balls and ground beef to be mixed with spices for pizza, and then with wet palms it should be rolled on small meatballs.
Flatten the dough in your hands, alternately put there mozzarella, then minced meat and, pulling the edges together, form into buns, hiding the filling inside. In the end, adjust the shape of each ball by rolling it between your palms.
Step 4: Collect the Royal Pizza.
Put the balls of dough stuffed with meat and cheese along the perimeter of the pizza, and between them lay the remaining minced meat (but not all), also rolled into meatballs.
Pour in the middle of the pizza 3-4 tablespoons previously prepared sauce and evenly distribute them.
Sprinkle cheese over the sauce, arrange the mushrooms, finely chopped bell peppers and washed canned corn.
Mozzarella should also remain, spread it in the center, on top of the rest of the filling. In the same way, black olives cut into thin rings go on top. Well, of course, do not forget about the remaining mincemeat, randomly spread it between the mozzarella balls. A lot of filling.
Step 5: Bake the Royal Pizza.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
In a plate, beat the egg with a fork and spread it on balls of dough, and sprinkle them with poppy seeds on top.
To bake royal pizza you need about 30 minutesso that inside the dough balls, too, everything is well baked, and the cheese is melted. All of it will become a delicious golden color.
Before serving royal pizza, let it cool slightly in shape, then carefully remove it and cut into portioned slices.
Step 6: Serve the Royal Pizza.
Royal pizza takes a long time to cook, but it's worth it! The filling is juicy, and thanks to the original sides, the whole dish becomes hearty and may well pass for a full dinner or a very chic afternoon snack. The most delicious pizza is hot, while the cheese is melted and viscous.
