Ingredients for making an Easter ring with three fillings

- Dry yeast 2 tsp
- Margarine 70 g

- Raisins 100 g

- Flour 600-650 g

Cooking an Easter ring with three fillings:
Dilute the yeast in warm milk.
Beat with a fork, add sugar, margarine, salt, vanilla sugar, mix.
Pour the mixture into milk with yeast, mix.
Add the flour parts, knead the dough.
Put in a bowl with a towel, let it go in a warm place for about 1.5 hours.
Knead the dough and let it come again.
Rinse and dry the dried apricots, cut into pieces.
Rinse and dry the raisins.
Knead the dough, divide into equal parts.
Roll each into a long strip.
Lay out the filling, fasten the edges releasing air.
Fasten the three edges on one side and carefully braid the braid.
Connect the edges and fix, shift to a baking sheet, leave the ring to rise for about 20 minutes.
Grease the ring with yolk and send to a preheated oven to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.
