Ingredients for making cottage cheese cakes


  1. Raisins 100 g
  2. Curd 200 g
  3. Egg 2 pcs.
  4. Milk 200 ml
  5. Sugar 100-150 g
  6. Salt ½ tsp
  7. Butter 50 g
  8. Flour 550-600 g
  9. Dry yeast 2 tsp

  2. Icing sugar 200 g
  3. Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l

Cooking cottage cheese cakes:

Dissolve yeast in warm milk.

Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, sugar, ghee in a bowl, add this mixture to milk with yeast.

Mix flour with raisins.

Pour the flour gradually and knead the dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface.

Cover the dough with a towel and let go in a warm place, about 1.5 hours.

Knead the dough and let go again, about 40 minutes.

Cut the dough into pieces, put on molds greased with vegetable oil. Leave on the table for the dough to rise.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, about 20 minutes.

Take out and let cool.

Beat protein with powdered sugar, add lemon juice. Lubricate the cakes with icing and sprinkle with sprinkles. Good appetite!
