Mexican Chicken Legs


Mexican Chicken Leg Ingredients

  1. Chicken legs 4 pieces
  2. Ground chili pepper 4 teaspoons

Cooking Mexican Chicken Legs:

Step 1: prepare the chicken legs.


Chicken legs must be thawed. You can defrost them directly in the microwave in the appropriate mode. Then rinse the chicken with running water, dry and rub on all sides with salt and 2 tablespoons ground chili.

Step 2: add the vegetables.


Grease a suitable baking dish with butter. Put prepared vegetables immediately in the form.

Drain the excess liquid from the corn, rinse it with running water, and then add it to the other vegetables in the baking dish.
Sprinkle vegetables with a little salt and the remaining chili. Lay the chicken legs on top, slightly dipping them.
