Ingredients for making croutons in the microwave

Cooking croutons in the microwave:

Step 1: prepare the egg mixture.

For the time being, put the plate or bowl in which you will bake croutons in the microwave and warm it.
Mix the egg with milk, whipping it with a whisk or fork until smooth. You can add salt if you want to make croutons salty.

Step 2: dip the bread.

Dip the slices of bread in the egg with milk so that they are saturated on all sides. Bread should soften a little.

Step 3: bake the rutons in the microwave.

In a circular motion, carefully grease a hot plate with butter. In this same plate, then you need to put pieces of bread swollen from eggs and milk, and then send everything in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Cook at maximum power. After 1-1.5 minutes pieces of bread will need to be turned over.

Step 4: serve the croutons.
