Sour cream dumplings

Ingredients for the preparation of muffins with sour cream

  1. Flour 400 g
  2. Dry yeast 1 tsp.
  3. Warm milk 200 ml
  4. Egg 2 pcs.
  5. Salt 1 tsp.
  6. Sugar 1 tbsp. l
  7. Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
  8. Sour cream to taste
  9. Sugar to taste

Cooking dumplings with sour cream:

Pour some warm milk into a bowl and dilute the yeast in it.

Pour in the remaining milk.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and pour into milk, also add vegetable oil, mix.

Pour all the flour and knead the dough, it will stick. Cover the dough with a towel and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.

After one hour, knead the dough and leave for 40 minutes. It must rise.

Lubricate the surface and hands with vegetable oil. We make a sausage from the dough and divide it into 12 equal parts.

We form balls. Make a cake from each ball.

We fry the crumpet on heated vegetable oil on both sides.

Grease the hot donut with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar.
