Mushrooms in Wine Sauce

Cooking mushrooms in wine sauce:

Mushrooms cut into slices. Pour 1 glass of water and 1 glass of dry white wine into the pan. Add salt, bay leaf, pepper, oil, boil and cook with an open lid for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
