Tea Pie Ingredients

Making a cake for tea:

Mix flour with soda.

Beat the egg with sugar, beat for at least 5 minutes.

If whole berries are in the jam, then you need to grind it with a blender or rub through a sieve. Add jam, kefir, not hot ghee. Mix.

Add the flour mixture, knead the dough, according to the consistency of thick sour cream.

Pour the dough into a greased dish.
