Cheese and Mushroom Sandwich Ingredients

Making a cheese and mushroom sandwich:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Prepare all the ingredients in front of you.
Rinse tomatoes and herbs thoroughly and dry, removing excess moisture. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles, leaving a part to decorate the finished dish.
Peel fresh mushrooms, rinse well and cut into small pieces, for example, straws or cubes.
If desired, the crust of bread slices can be cut.
Put the cheese in advance from the refrigerator to make it easier to spread.

Place the mushrooms in a non-stick pan preheated without oil. Fry them for several minutes until cooked, stirring all the time. At the very end, the fried mushrooms need to be salted. Everything, only salt, no other spices should be added.
At the same time, take pieces of bread and grease them on one side with melted cheese. Then, on one of the slices, lay the leaves of fresh arugula.

Fried mushrooms and then tomatoes go on top of the arugula. Vegetables to taste can be salted. Cover the sandwich with a second slice of bread, placing it cheese down.
Along the way, cook in the same pan where you fried mushrooms, a chicken egg. Try to leave the yolk fluid.
Put the fried egg on top of the sandwich, with the yolk on the bread.

Step 3: serve a cheese and mushroom sandwich.

Garnish the cheese and mushroom sandwich with the remaining cherry tomatoes and serve until the egg has cooled. It turns out very tasty! It is best to have such a dish for breakfast, along with a cup of strong coffee or hot tea.
