First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the radish to your taste: white, black or daikon. Clean it, rinse, dry and cut first into thin circles, then into strips. You can use a special knife for shredding vegetables, then it turns out to cut the radish faster and easier.

During this time, the radish will pickle a little and part of its bitterness will go away, and if you took a not bitter variety at all, then the salad will become soft at all.
