Pineapple Fried Rice Ingredients

  1. Brown rice (boiled) 3 cups

Cooking Fried Rice with Pineapple:

Step 1: Prepare Fig.

In a frying pan, heat the frying oil over medium heat and throw the onions and peppers cut into cubes into it. Add chopped garlic. Toast well, stirring all the time, for 4-5 minutesuntil the vegetables are a little softer.
Add frozen corn and peas, mix and continue to simmer all together. 1-2 minutes.

Step 3: Add Figure

Now pour boiled brown rice with finely chopped green onions to the vegetables and warm them well, continuing to fry and mix everything together for a couple of minutes.

Step 4: Add Pineapple.

Now add the pineapples, diced and cook the rice yet 1-2 minutesmixing it with other ingredients.
At the same time, in a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, and pepper. Beat the mass well and then pour it into the pan and continue cooking. 1-2 minutesso that rice and vegetables are soaked in spices.

Step 5: Serve the fried rice with pineapple.

You can serve fried rice with pineapple as an independent dish (which, of course, is best), and you can serve it as a side dish for fried chicken breasts, shrimps or scallops. Very simple, tasty and original, with a slight Asian motif.
