Ingredients for Making Chocolate Panna Cats
- Cream 20% 500 ml
- Sugar 70 g
- Chocolate black 170 g
- Vanilla Sugar 1/3 tsp
- Cold water 100 ml
- Gelatin 30 g

Making Chocolate Panna Cats:
Pour gelatin with cold water, leave to swell for 10 minutes.
Pour cream into the stewpan, add sugar, vanilla sugar. Heat until hot, do not boil.
Add chocolate and dissolve completely.
Also dissolve gelatin.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then beat with a mixer. You can immediately pour the mixture into glasses.
We put the dessert in the refrigerator until it completely hardens for about 20-30 minutes.
