Ingredients for Cooking with Mint

- Millet flour 200 grams

Cooking cookies with mint:
Step 1: Prepare the mint.
Rinse the mint leaves with running water, and then dry and grind them in a blender with sugar. It will turn out a fragrant greenish gruel.
Step 2: Cook the dough.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance to make it softer at room temperature. Then add it to the mint crushed with sugar and break the egg there. Stir and add flour. Knead the dough with your hands. You will get such a green ball.
Step 3: Form the cookies with mint.
While the oven is heating up 180 degrees, and in the meantime do some cookie-making.
With a raw hand, pluck small pieces from the dough, roll them into a ball, and then flatten them a little and fold them onto a baking sheet covered with special baking paper.
Step 4: Bake the mint cookies.
Bake cookies with mint in a well-heated oven for 15-20 minutesbut no more. It is very important not to overlook and not to dry the pastries.
Step 5: Serve the cookies with mint.
Serve the finished mint cookies after it cools. In my opinion, after a day, it only tastes better. It goes well with any hot drink: tea, coffee, cocoa or just warm milk.
