Profiteroles with crab filling

Ingredients for the preparation of profiteroles with crab filling

  1. Crab sticks 240 g
  2. Egg 3 pcs.
  3. Green onion 2 tbsp. l
  4. Corn 1 ban.
  5. Amber cheese 100 g
  6. Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. l
  7. Fresh cucumber 1 pc.

Cooking profiteroles with crab filling:

Grate the eggs.

Grate crab sticks on a fine grater.

Chop green onions.

Dice the cucumber.

Mix in a bowl, eggs, crab sticks, onions, corn, cucumber, cheese and mayonnaise. Salt at will.

Make an incision on the custard dough and fill with the filling.

Put on a dish and serve. Enjoy your meal!
