Ingredients for Salad with Smoked Sausage and Cheese
- Smoked sausage 4 thin slices
- 1/4 bowl mozzarella cheese
- Fresh arugula 1 handful
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste

Making a salad with smoked sausage and cheese:
Step 1: prepare the sausage.
Peel thin slices of smoked sausage from the skin and cut into long narrow strips. You can, of course, and squares, the difference will only be in the appearance of the salad.
Step 2: prepare the cheese.
Cut the mozzarella carefully so as not to crush, into small cubes. By the way, you can take more and less cheese, like the other salad ingredients, here you can choose everything to your taste, just don’t overdo it.
Step 3: prepare the arugula.
Rinse fresh arugula with warm running water and leave for a while in a colander to allow excess water to glass, or dry the greens with paper towels.
Step 4: mix and serve the salad with smoked sausage and cheese.
Lay the prepared arugula on a plate, then pieces of sausage and sprinkle mozzarella cubes on top. Pour olive oil into the salad, in a very small amount and try not to get on the leaves of the arugula. Sprinkle the top with freshly ground black pepper and start the meal!
If you mix the salad in this way, the arugula will not fade, so you can put everything in a container and leave it in the refrigerator, as they say, on demand.
