Ingredients for Salad with Chicken, Bacon, Pepper and Beans
- Chicken breast (without skin and bones) 1 / 2-1 piece
- Smoked bacon 150 grams
- Chinese cabbage 5-6 large leaves
- Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece
- Canned beans 1/2 cans
- Canned corn 1/2 tins
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Natural yogurt to taste

Making a salad with chicken, bacon, pepper and beans:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Prepare a marinade for it: mix in a bowl 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon paprika, as well as hot red pepper, salt and black pepper to taste. Add chopped chicken to this mixture, mix and put everything in the refrigerator to marinate at least 20 minutes.
Smoked bacon cut into small cubes.
Drain the liquid from canned corn and beans.
Rinse the leaves of Chinese cabbage, dry and cut into small pieces.
Rinse the bell peppers, peel the seeds and remove the twig. After, cut the vegetable into small cubes.
Mix mayonnaise with natural yogurt. Add paprika, hot red pepper, black pepper and salt to the resulting sauce. I won’t indicate the exact number of spices, as someone likes it sharper, someone is sweeter, everything will be delicious in this salad. Mix the dressing until smooth.
Step 2: Fry the bacon.
In a hot dry skillet, fry the bacon cubes until they become crispy. After frying, lay the meat pieces aside and let them cool.
Step 3: Fry the chicken.
Fry the marinated chicken fillet immediately after the bacon (if necessary, add a little extra olive oil when frying). Cook chicken for 15 minutes over medium heat. During this time, it will fry well.
Finished pieces of chicken should be removed to the side and cool.
Step 4: Mix and serve the salad with chicken, bacon, pepper and beans.
Serve a salad with chicken, bacon, pepper and beans in two different ways. Firstly, you can simply mix all the ingredients well in one plate, add dressing and decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs. It turns out a pinkish paprika salad with striking pieces of pepper, beans and corn.
Secondly, you can lay a salad with chicken, bacon, pepper and beans layers. First comes Chinese cabbage, pour it with sauce, and then randomly pour all the other ingredients. In this case, the dish can be decorated with croutons or crackers.
In any case, the salad turns out to be original, bright and very tasty.

- If you do not eat mayonnaise, then season the salad exclusively with natural yogurt, mixing it with spices.
- To prepare croutons for a salad with chicken, bacon, pepper and beans, cut white bread into cubes and fry it in vegetable oil along with thinly sliced cloves of garlic. Garlic should be discarded afterwards, and croutons add to the dish.
