Ingredients for Making Cocoa with Cinnamon and Marshmallows
- Cocoa Powder 6 Tbsp
- Water 2 cups
- Sugar to taste
- Milk 2 cups
- Ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
- Cardamom grains 3 pieces
- Marshmallow to taste
- Main Ingredients: Milk, Cocoa and Chocolate
- Portion 3-4

Making cocoa with cinnamon and marshmallows:
Step 1: Prepare the milk.
Boil milk in a small saucepan, adding cardamom grains to it. Boil everything over low heat.
Step 2: Cooking Cocoa with Cinnamon and Marshmallows.
Mix cocoa powder with granulated sugar.
Pour cocoa 4 tablespoons boiling water and mix well until sugar dissolves. Mix the resulting mass with the remaining boiling water and boiled milk. Mix well. Put the cocoa on a slow fire and bring to a boil.
Immediately after cooking, pour hot cocoa into cups, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and decorate marshmallows.
Step 3: Serve cocoa with cinnamon and marshmallows.
Serve hot cocoa with cinnamon and marshmallows separately from everything or with cookies, such as ginger. This warming drink is especially good in autumn and winter, when our body just requires something sweet and hot.
